With this service we will provide accountancy support for your company.

Just literally envelope your invoices, receipts, bank statements and lists of payments to our registered office recorded delivery and we will do the rest. We will endeavour to produce your accounts within 24 hours of receipt and we will have them printed and posted to your registered address next day.

We will provide full management accounts and Key Performance Indicators for your business, this will give a full and detailed overview of your company’s activities. If there are any other reports that you may wish to include or require on a one off basis then just ask.

We ask, not to send us cheque books with your accounts, this is due to security reasons and also you may require them during the time when we are creating the accounts, please list cheques issued in a note book identifying date, whom to, amount and cheque number.

Due to the variation in weights and size of accounts being posted we ask for customers to pay for postage to our office, this is refunded to you on a quarterly basis at the end of every quarter. We will issue a credit note for postage costs this credit note can be used against any of our services or simple against your accountancy fees.

All charges for accountancy services will be issued at the end of each month and will require payment within 14 days, this can be done by cheque, funds transfer or credit/debit card.

Registration to the Accountancy by post service will entitle you to a 20% discount on all other services provided by Hill Financial Services Ltd, including new limited company formation and VAT registration.
